Let them never grow up

I took this photo of a long time friend’s son. He was actually born 5 days after my son and they’ve been tight friends ever since. When we were arranging a shoot to mark his 10th birthday I suggested to his Mom to bring a couple of his favourites things - whether that be a sports jersey, book or toy. He came with ‘Monkey’. The very same monkey we had given him 10 years ago on the day he was born. It brought almost as big a smile to my face as he has on his.
