This photograph was taken mid morning in the marshes of the Camargue. I had arrived well before sunrise, so my time with these beautiful horses was coming to an end. For this round of shots, I switched my camera to burst mode , slowed my shutter speed down and panned my camera with the horses as they moved. This image has become one of my favourites because of how it captured one of the horses looking directly at me. Even the one in the background looks like she has her eye fixed on me! There’s so much movement in this shot that you can almost hear the sound of the hooves galloping through the water.
All Camargue prints are part of a limited edition series and will be signed and numbered.
Prints are available in various sizes on fine art paper, as acrylic glass prints as well as on aluminum. Framing is also available.
